Banc of America Community Development Corp. and the Tampa Housing Authority partnered to create the 141 unit complex that has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments. The ribbon cutting ceremony showcased the first major public art installation at Encore! entitled The Gift of Gathering Remembrances, by artist Natalie Blake. Saxon Gilmore served as counsel to the Tampa Housing Authority and its affiliates for The Trio at Encore!
