EXPERIENCE

Anthony Hayden is an associate at Saxon Gilmore.  Mr. Hayden is a member of the litigation group and concentrates his practice on creditors' rights, bankruptcy and general commercial litigation.  He has experience representing creditors in commercial and residential foreclosures, business bankruptcy and civil commercial litigation in both federal and sate courts. 

Mr. Hayden received his B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky in 1998 and his J.D. degree in 2001, from the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC Columbus School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in the state of Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hayden is a member of The Florida Bar, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association.
