The 120-unit, 120,000 square-foot $25,000,000 development was funded through a variety of sources including insurance proceeds after Hurricane Charley, United States Department of Housing and Urban Development funds, Charlotte County funds, and low-income housing tax credits through Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
