Tracy L. Woodard, a partner at Saxon|Gilmore, concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, commercial leasing and contracts, property acquisition, and development. She has over 10 years of legal experience including handling complex commercial real estate transactions for developers, owners of real estate, lenders, and the telecommunications industry.
Ms. Woodard has served as executive legal counsel at a top ten U.S. commercial bank, where she advised officers and executive management on legal issues relating to lending and insuring residential and commercial transactions within Florida. Prior to that, she represented institutional lenders and commercial developers in negotiation and drafting documents for the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real estate.
Ms. Woodard earned her J.D. degree from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2011, and is a graduate of the Hillsborough County Bar Leadership Institute.
