Saxon|Gilmore is pleased to announce that Carly M. Clendening has joined the firm as an associate. She specializes in real estate law, lender representation, and mixed finance real estate and business transactions. Ms. Clendening also focuses her practice on first-party property insurance defense, probate and guardianship law, and general litigation. Additionally, she has experience in commercial and residential real estate and Small Business Administration loan transactions, including negotiating, documenting, and closing on behalf of her clients. Prior to joining Saxon|Gilmore, Ms. Clendening practiced third-party insurance defense and foreclosure law on behalf of creditors.
Ms. Clendening received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
