Richard N. Asfar, an associate at Saxon Gilmore, served as a panelist at the Hillsborough County Bar Association Diversity Networking Event. The purpose of the event was to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and to provide law students of all backgrounds with an opportunity to speak with local attorneys and judges about the professional opportunities and quality of life offered by the Tampa Bay area. The event was attended by over 80 law students from seven law schools and dozens of local attorneys and judges.
Mr. Asfar represents individuals, government entities, and businesses of all sizes in a wide range of litigation matters. He focuses his practice on business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters, chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, construction defects and lien claims, general defensive litigation matters, and appeals.
