Grand Opening for Janie’s Garden Phase II

Rhonda E. Stringer, attorney/partner at Saxon Gilmore, attended the Grand Opening for Janie’s Garden Phase II hosted by the Sarasota Housing Authority and its development partner, Michaels Development Company. The Demolition Ceremony for the Mediterranean Apartments immediately followed. Janie’s Garden Phase II is a $14 million redevelopment project featuring 68 affordable apartments and 10,500 square feet of retail space in Sarasota’s historic Newtown neighborhood.
