Ricardo Gilmore will be attending the HDLI Conference on May 2 in Washington, DC. The conference will cover issues regarding opportunities and legal strategies to improve communities through Transit Oriented Development. The conference will focus on how to include and maintain affordable housing. Federal and local transportation and housing staff and officials, local housing and redevelopment agencies, developers, urban planners, and other transit professionals are encouraged to attend.
On May 3-4, Mr. Gilmore will attend the HLDI’s 2012 Spring CLE Conference. The event will include sessions on Legal Ramifications of the 2013 Federal Budget on Assisted Housing; Designing and Implementing Weapons Policies; Public Housing Assistance (PHAs) and Law Enforcement; New Tools for Public Housing Preservation; and more. Dr. Lenora Cole Alexander, Chair of the Institute for Women’s Policy Research will be the keynote speaker.
