2017-Bernice Saxon, managing partner, Jozette Chack-On, partner, and Kari Power, paralegal, attended the ground-breaking ceremony for Palms of Pinellas, a Pinellas County Housing Authority project. The construction of the 92-unit mixed-income housing development is being financed through USAmeriBank, the Affordable Housing Land Assembly Fund, the Penny for Pinellas 1-percent sales tax, federal HOME Investment Partnership Program funds, and local housing trust funds. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will provide safe, affordable homes for low-income families.
