Bernice S. Saxon, attorney/shareholder at Saxon Gilmore, attended the retirement reception for Joyours “Pete” Gamble at the Sunset Harbour Yacht Club & Conference Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mr. Gamble had served as the executive director of the Daytona Beach Housing Authority for the last 13 years, and Saxon Gilmore has had the pleasure of working with him on a number of development projects. The reception was well attended and as part of the program, a number of the attendees including members of the Housing Authority Board, HUD representatives, various community leaders, and Congressman John Mica praised Mr. Gamble’s accomplishments as a leader in developing affordable housing in Daytona Beach.
