Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Ella at Encore

Bernice Saxon, Ricardo Gilmore and Jozette Chack-On attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for The Ella at Encore held by the Tampa Housing Authority. The Ella is part of the Encore development, located on 28 acres near Tampa and Ybor City. It will include 794 mixed income rental housing units, 300 market-rate ownership units and 268,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space, including a hotel, museum, school, grocery store, restaurants and other businesses. Saxon Gilmore served as counsel to the Tampa Housing Authority and is honored to be part of the process of bringing the new development to fruition.
