Mr. Asfar is a member of the litigation group and concentrates his practice on business litigation, construction litigation, appeals, and music and intellectual property. His music and intellectual property experience includes assisting independent record labels in obtaining digital distribution for their music and representing clients in World Intellectual Property Organization domain name disputes. Mr. Asfar received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Baruch College of the City University of New York in 2002, and his Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2006. Mr. Asfar was admitted to the California Bar in 2006 and the Florida Bar in 2009. Ms. Fish is a member of the litigation group and concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, secured transactions and creditors’ rights, and international business law. Ms. Fish graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Trade from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She attended Vanderbilt University, before transferring to the University of Alabama, and was a member of the Navy ROTC. Ms. Fish graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, with honors. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association.
