2014 – Tampa Housing Authority held its 1st Annual Fishing Fundraiser. The contributions from the event help to make the Tampa Housing Authority’s vision a reality for its youth programs. Saxon Gilmore was one of the sponsors who contributed towards the Tampa Housing Authority’s ability to provide tutorial services, cultural art, computer training, educational field trips, and academic and recreational activities to expose its youth to educational opportunities.
Saxon Gilmore serves as general counsel to the Tampa Housing Authority and its affiliates, and most recently, has assisted Tampa Housing Authority in developing a number of affordable housing projects located at The Encore.

We have extensive experience with mixed finance projects, including bonds, tax credits, and other government funding. Saxon Gilmore also serves as general counsel to numerous housing authorities throughout Florida and acts in a consulting capacity on special projects to housing agencies throughout the country.
