Third District Court of Appeal

David J. Tong, a partner at Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway & Gibbons, P.A., concentrates his practice in the area of bankruptcy/creditors’ rights. Mr. Tong recently served as lead counsel in two appeals for lenders with the Third District Court of Appeal. The lenders won each appeal. Mr. Tong also has extensive experience in the areas of real estate litigation and commercial litigation.
