Norstar Development USA, LP and Brooks & Freund are pleased to announce Venetian Walk made it on the list of one of the top 10 projects in the Sarasota – Manatee Category in the 2013 special edition of the 30 Top projects from Tampa to Naples. Venetian Walk, an affordable rental development, is being built on the site of the demolished Grove Terrace in Venice, Florida. The first phase will consist of sixty-one (61) residential rental units for seniors ages 62 and older.
