REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

Real estate attorney with significant (not less than 10 years) experience in transactional and corporate finance work in a law firm environment. Must be highly organized, and detail oriented. Able to produce heavy volume of documents independently and expeditiously.

Excellent benefit package paid for by the firm to include the following:

Health, dental, STD, LTD, group life – after 30 days of employment

$250,000 Personal & $250,000 firm term life after 90 days of employment

Paid parking starting on first day

Ability to work remotely part time

After 1 year, employee is eligible to participate in 401k plan. No match at this time.

FIRM ADMINISTRATOR/COO

Saxon Gilmore & Carraway, P. A., a downtown Tampa law firm, is seeking a Firm Administrator/COO. The successful candidate needs at least 5-7 years of experience in professional services firm management. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to simultaneously manage numerous tasks are essential. Must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Primary responsibilities for this position are the financial aspects:
Accrual financial reports monthly using Juris Accounting Module
Convert accrual to cash basis financials monthly – excel report
Run cost analysis reports monthly – excel report
Cash management – excel reports and bank reconciliations – Juris
Various excel reports set-up and update monthly
Prepare the firm budget, salary, commission/bonus reports and update thru the year – excel

The ability to maintain, update, create and interpret excel spreadsheets is vital.

In addition to the financial aspects are:
Semi-monthly payroll thru ADP
Implementation of all insurance policies
Main contact with bank representatives and building management
HR – from the search process to coordinating interviews, offer letters, and first day orientation
