Gerald T. Buhr was honored by the Town of Zolfo Springs recently when they passed a resolution making October “Gerald T. Buhr Month”. A plaque was made for the Commission Chambers honoring Mr. Buhr for all that he has done for the Town.
Gerald “Jerry” Buhr, practicing through the law firm of Gerald T. Buhr, P.A., serves as “Of Counsel” to Saxon Gilmore & Carraway, P.A.. “I am humbled by their generosity. About 30 years ago when I lobbied in Tallahassee for a million dollars to do a wastewater effluent irrigation field to save the Town from bankruptcy from regulatory fines, the Town had named Town Hall the ‘Gerald T. Buhr Town Hall’ which it remains and placed a plaque honoring my 20th anniversary with the Town. It is a pleasure to work for clients who appreciate your efforts,” said Jerry.
