J. Frazier Carraway, shareholder, has been included in the Florida’s Super Lawyers list in the 2013 edition of Florida Super Lawyers Magazine. Mr. Carraway concentrates his practice on consumer and commercial litigation, construction litigation, and general civil litigation.
Richard Asfar, associate, is included in the Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list for 2013. No more than 2.5% of Florida lawyers are selected for inclusion on this list. Mr. Asfar is the only attorney currently included in the Florida Super Lawyers who is listed as being able to speak Turkish. Mr. Asfar focuses his practice on business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters, chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, construction litigation and appeals.
