Jozette Chack-On attended the Pinellas Heights groundbreaking ceremony held on November 14, 2012. Local, federal, and state officials broke ground on a new 153 unit affordable housing
community for low-income seniors, which will bring much needed jobs to the area. The development is anticipated to be ready for occupancy by summer 2014 and will create approximately 395 jobs from construction, management and maintenance of the development. Funding for the $24 million development was complex and involved federal, state and local agencies and the private sector. Saxon Gilmore is proud to have played a part in this mixed finance development as counsel to the Pinellas County Housing Authority and its affiliates.
