Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway & Gibbons, P.A. is pleased to announce that J. Frazier Carraway, senior partner and co-founder, has been named 2013 President of Kiwanis Midtown. Kiwanis is an association dedicated to helping the community by hosting events to raise money for student scholarships and to help support organizations such as Metropolitan Ministries, the Salvation Army, the Children’s Home, and Meals on Wheels. Mr. Carraway has been a member of Kiwanis since 1992.
Mr. Carraway concentrates his practice on consumer and commercial litigation, construction litigation, and general civil litigation, including complex state and federal litigation involving construction, construction arbitration, commercial, civil rights, environmental and general litigation; and representation of sureties, general contractors, materialmen and owners in arbitration, mediation, and jury trials. Mr. Carraway is AV rated in the Martindale-Hubbell law directory and has been selected for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers 2012.
