2018 – Jozette Chack-On, a partner at Saxon Gilmore & Carraway, P.A., attended the ground breaking ceremony for the Riviera Beach Housing Authority’s Heron Estates.
Guest speakers included John W. Hurt, the Executive Director of the Riviera Beach Housing Authority, Matthew Rieger, Housing Trust Group President and CEO, and Bishop Thomas Masters, the Mayor of Riviera Beach.
Heron Estates will be a three story building with 101 affordable rental units for seniors. The energy efficient apartments will have eco-friendly flooring, programmable thermostats, and energy star rated windows and appliances.
Residents will have assistance with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and laundry programs.
