Tabitha S. Fish, attorney at Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway & Gibbons, PA, was recently published in the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) eLibrary. Ms. Fish co-wrote the article entitled “An American Perspective on the New Japanese Act” with Ronald A. Brand, Director, Center for International Legal Education, University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
The article discusses changes which had recently occurred in Japanese Choice of Law rules and compares them to the choice of law rules in the United States.
