2016-Saxon|Gilmore was pleased to contribute to and participate in the Tampa Housing Authority (THA) Fishing Tournament Fundraiser. The contributions enable THA to provide tutorial services, cultural art, computer training, educational field trips, and academic and recreational activities to expose youth to educational opportunities. THA provides a safe, educational environment for the youth, who may not otherwise have these opportunities.
Ricardo Gilmore and Rhonda Stringer participated in the Tournament. Mr. Gilmore is a senior partner and co-founder of Saxon|Gilmore. He specializes in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate, public finance, and commercial litigation. He serves as special counsel to housing authorities in Florida and other states on affordable housing development matters, involving a multiplicity of legal issues unique to housing authorities as well as applicable to governmental agencies and/or corporate entities.
Ms. Stringer is a partner at Saxon|Gilmore and concentrates her practice in the area of affordable and public housing, including: operations, management, policy, and regulatory matters involving public housing authorities and other affordable housing entities; Section 8 housing assistance programs; housing programs for the elderly; and HOPE VI and mixed-finance housing development programs.
