2015 – The Housing and Development Law Institute (HDLI) held its 10th Annual Counsel Forum at the InterContinental Hotel in Tampa, FL. HDLI is a nationwide non-profit member organization whose mission is to serve as a legal resource to public housing and redevelopment agencies, their developers and legal counsel.
After the conference, attendees were invited to a Gasparilla party hosted by Ric and Stephanie Gilmore.
