On May 9, 2014, Bernice Saxon and Ricardo Gilmore attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for Pinellas Heights, a project of the Pinellas County Housing Authority. The 153-unit apartment complex for seniors includes one and two bedroom apartments. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Home Loan Bank of America, the City of Largo, RBC Capital Markets, JP Morgan Chase, Pinellas County Community Development, the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, and the Pinellas County Housing Authority. The developer was Norstar Development USA, LP.
