Richard Asfar, an associate at Saxon Gilmore, was recently selected to participate in the Tampa 
Connection Class of 2013. Tampa Connection selects professionals from the community to work together on projects for non-profit organizations. The Tampa Connection gives professionals the opportunity to give back to the community and to grow personally by developing the skills to become better leaders.
Mr. Asfar represents individuals, government entities, and businesses of all sizes in a wide range of litigation matters. He focuses his practice on business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters, chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, construction defects and lien claims, general defensive litigation matters, and appeals.
