About David Tong

Carly Clendening’s practice focuses on real estate law, lender representation, and mixed-finance real estate and business transactions. She also handles first-party property insurance defense, probate and guardianship matters, and general litigation.
Ms. Clendening brings extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including Small Business Administration loan closings. Prior to joining Saxon|Gilmore, she practiced third-party insurance defense and foreclosure law on behalf of creditors.
