Bernice Saxon, Ricardo Gilmore, and Jozette Chack-On attended the Tampa Housing Authority’s groundbreaking ceremony for The Trio at Encore affordable housing development. Speakers at the event included Lillian Stringer-Director of Public Relations, Jerome Ryans-President/CEO, David Iloanya-Director, Office of Real Estate Development, Hazel Harvey-THA Board Chairman, as well as various members of the Tampa City Council and business leaders. Saxon Gilmore served as counsel to the Tampa Housing Authority and its affiliates for The Trio at Encore.
The Trio at Encore is a 141 unit, mixed income rental housing development. The apartment complex will include 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. A pool, theater, fitness center, computer room, library, and a community room are some of the amenities that will be available to the residents.
