Jozette Chack-On attended the Venice Housing Authority’s groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of its affordable rental development known as Venetian Walk. Venetian Walk will be built on the site of the demolished Grove Terrace in Venice, Florida. The first phase will consist of sixty-one (61) residential rental units for seniors ages 62 and older. Saxon Gilmore served as counsel to the Venice Housing Authority and its affiliates.
