Richard N. Asfar, an associate at Saxon Gilmore, served as a panelist for an event held at Stetson Law titled “We All Practice Law: A Discussion of Diversity in the Legal Profession.” The event was sponsored by the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Stetson Law Student Bar Association, the Stetson Law Office of Student Life, the Stetson Law Hispanic Bar Association, and the Florida Bar. The event was attended by law students, attorneys, and judges from the St. Petersburg Area.
Mr. Asfar represents individuals, government entities, and businesses of all sizes in a wide range of litigation matters. He focuses his practice on business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters, chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, construction defects and lien claims, general defensive litigation matters, and appeals.
