2024 – Monica Mercer, a partner at Saxon|Gilmore, recently attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tampa Housing Authority’s Zion Village. The 75-unit affordable housing development will offer residency to seniors. Zion Village will be located at 5920 Robert Tolle Drive, Riverview, FL, 33578, in Hillsborough County. The Tampa Housing Authority partnered with Smith & Henzy Affordable Group, Mt. Zion AME Church of Riverview, and Adonais Second Chances Inc., and the project is partially financed by Hillsborough County.
The 650 sq. ft. units will include LVT flooring, energy star appliances, washer/dryer, and granite countertops. Amenities include a fitness center, library, movie room, media center, clubroom, gathering areas, outdoor pavilion, and seating.
